DRAWING: No purchase necessary to enter just submit your
first name and e-mail via the form on this web page. Promotion ends at
11:59 p.m. (EST) on 12/31/2006. Only one entry is allowed per
e-mail and no purchase is required to play. |

POLICY - Your privacy is respected. Your e-mail address will
not be shared with any other website or company online or

PRIZE:
A Howard Miller golf clock desk set with a current value of $
39.95 U.S. dollars. |

WINNER
SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about
12/31/2006.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received. You will be eligible to win this drawing, even if you
unsubscribe from our e-mail list. In the event you win, you will
be given the option to accept or decline your prize. |

POSTING
WINNER'S NAME: We will post the winner's name on our web
site and in our newsletter as soon as the winner responds to our
notification and gives us permission to use their name. If the
winner wishes to remain anonymous, we will only publish first name and
last initial plus the state where the winner resides. |

NOTIFICATION:
Prizes will be awarded and winners notified by email. All
reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner in order to
claim their prize. Winner forfeits prize if not claimed within 1 week
from notification and another winner will be selected by random
drawing. If e-mail bounces back after 2 attempts to
notify the winner, Designer Golf Gifts will choose another winner
by random drawing. |

TAXES:
Any tax on a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. No
substitution, cash alternative or transfer of any prize is permitted,
except Sponsor may, at its discretion, substitute a prize of equal or
greater value. If a winner cannot accept their prize for any reason,
then the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. |

ELIGIBILITY:
This drawing is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18
years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and
where prohibited by law. Prize will be shipped to only a United
States address. |

these official rules. The laws of the United States govern this
drawing. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By
entering, participants release and hold harmless sponsor and their

injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection

Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any
injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer
relating to or resulting from participation in this drawing. |

DISPUTES:
In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple
users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the
email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must
comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural
person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service
Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization
responsible for assigning e-mail addresses |
